Pamukkale FAQ

It's a full day — roughly 11 to 14 hours door to door depending on where you stay. Pickup is in the early morning (the exact time for your hotel is confirmed with your booking), the drive inland takes about 3 to 3.5 hours from Antalya city — longer from Side or Alanya — and you're back at your hotel in the evening, after dinner on the way.

Daily from March through November. In winter (December–February) it runs Monday to Saturday. Availability is live in the booking calendar.

Correct — and that's deliberate. The €50 covers transport, guide, insurance and three meals. Entrance fees for the Pamukkale–Hierapolis site, the Cleopatra Pool and museum areas are set by the official administration and change seasonally, so you buy them at the official gates at the real current price. No inflated estimates hidden in our price.

Yes — Pamukkale is a genuine family day. The terraces' pools are shallow and warm, and Hierapolis has space to roam. Infants aged 0–3 join free. Keep in mind it's a long day with several hours of driving each way.

We collect from hotels across the whole coast — Antalya, Konyaaltı, Lara, Kundu, the Kemer coast down to Tekirova, Belek, the entire Side–Manavgat band, Alanya and out to Gazipaşa. The price never changes: €50 per person from every pickup area.

You reserve online for free and pay on the day of the tour — no prepayment. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a printable ticket.

A swimsuit and towel if you plan to try the Cleopatra Pool, sunscreen and sunglasses (the white calcite reflects hard), a bag for your shoes on the terraces, and comfortable walking shoes for Hierapolis. Drinks aren't included, so bring a little cash for those.

You wade barefoot through the shallow terrace pools in the open section — that's part of the visit. Proper swimming happens in the Cleopatra Antique Pool, the thermal pool above the terraces with submerged Roman columns. It's optional and has its own entrance fee, paid on site.

The running order can shift with season, daylight and site conditions, and stops like Karahayıt's red springs or Lake Salda may be added or removed operationally. The core of the day — the travertine terraces and Hierapolis with a licensed guide, plus all three meals — is always the product. You can cancel free up to 24 hours before departure.

Because the official gate prices change from season to season, tours that 'include' tickets price in a padded estimate. We keep the tour at a flat €50 — transport, guide, insurance, three meals — and you pay the official ticket price directly at the gate. You always pay what the site actually charges that day.
