Museum Pass, Müzekart and Pamukkale Tickets
Turkey runs two ticketing worlds side by side, and Pamukkale sits in both. Müzekart is the museum card for Turkish citizens. Foreign visitors have their own separate official ticketing, including the pass products sold under the Museum Pass name. The cards look similar in a wallet; the rules behind them are not — and mixing them up is how most bad advice about Pamukkale tickets gets written.
Here is the part we refuse to do: publish a confident table of what each pass "covers" at Pamukkale. Coverage rules, pass line-ups and conditions are set officially and they change — a page that asserts them today can mislead you next season. What stays true is the structure: the Pamukkale–Hierapolis site entrance, the Cleopatra Pool and the museum are separate, official entries, each paid at the gates. For current coverage, check the official source — muze.gov.tr — or simply ask at the ticket office with your card in hand; the answer at the gate is the one that counts.
Now the genuinely good news for pass holders: our €50 tour never includes, resells or marks up any entrance ticket. The €50 buys the coach, the licensed guide, the insurance and three meals — the exact list is public — and every gate is left for you to handle exactly as if you had arrived on your own. Whatever your Müzekart or pass entitles you to, it stays fully usable. Nobody on our coach pays twice for an entry hidden inside a bundle.
So bring the card, bring a way to pay for anything it doesn't cover, and let the gates settle the details on the day. The parts worth fixing in advance — the date, the hotel pickup, the flat €50 itself — are handled with a free online reservation, paid only on the day of the tour.

Does the Museum Pass cover Pamukkale?+
Coverage is decided by the official administration and can change between seasons, so we deliberately don't assert it here. Check the current terms via official information — muze.gov.tr is the source — or present your pass at the Pamukkale ticket office; what they confirm at the gate is what applies.
Can I use my Müzekart on this tour?+
If you are a Turkish citizen with a Müzekart, you present it at the gates exactly as you would on an independent visit — the tour changes nothing about your entries. We never buy or resell tickets on your behalf, so your card keeps its full value.
Why doesn't the tour simply include the tickets?+
Because official tariffs are seasonal, and because pass holders would then be paying twice. Excluding tickets keeps the €50 honest for everyone: pass holders use their passes, everyone else pays the real gate price, and nobody funds a padded estimate baked into a bundle.
Is the Cleopatra Pool covered by any pass?+
The pool is a separate official ticket sold at the pool itself; whether any card applies to it is set officially and can change, so ask at the pool entrance. Either way the optional swim is a choice, not a requirement — wading the terraces is part of the main site entrance.
