Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup. Inside that window — or on the morning itself — the practical answer barely changes: there is no card on file, no deposit, no sum waiting to be refunded. What is missing is a message, so that a coach does not idle outside your hotel for a passenger who is not coming. The commonest reason people open this page is a forecast, so it belongs here: rain does not cancel the tour, and the decision stays yours.
The policy reads short for a structural reason rather than a generous one. The reservation takes no payment, so the €50 per person changes hands on the day, at the moment the tour happens. Cancellation terms exist to govern money that has already moved. Ours has almost none to govern — the honest difference between this page and the terms tab on a prepaid listing.
Moving the Date Instead of Cancelling
Most messages we receive are not exits — they are reshuffles. A boat day gets swapped in, or someone wants the terraces on a cooler morning. Since the fare is identical from all 30 pickup areas between Tekirova and Gazipaşa, moving the day changes nothing about what you pay.
Departures run daily from March to November and Monday–Saturday through December–February, so the replacement date is usually the one you name. Your pickup time is re-confirmed with the new booking rather than carried over, because it follows that morning's route order. The last-minute page covers how late a switch can realistically land.
When Someone in the Party Falls Ill
Holiday stomachs, sunstroke, a toddler who wakes up wrong — none of that requires cancelling five seats to protect one. Headcount is a number on the reservation, and it can go down until the coach leaves.
The arithmetic stays flat: €50 for everyone aged 4 and over, infants 0–3 free, no child rate to recalculate. A party of five that becomes a party of three pays for three. If a parent stays behind with the patient, say so and the pickup is adjusted for the smaller group at the same hotel door.
Getting Out of a Booking Made Somewhere Else
A booking we never received is not a booking we can close. If the seat was sold by a rep at a desk in your lobby or by a marketplace listing, the cancellation terms attached to it are theirs — and so is any money already taken.
Prepaid online: the refund window sits in your platform confirmation. Read the exact deadline and cancel inside the platform, so the timestamp is theirs rather than yours. Paid in cash to a rep: go back to the person who took it, ask for the cancellation in writing, keep the receipt. The comparison of the three channels explains why the paperwork differs so sharply.
What to Send, and Where
One message closes or moves anything booked with us: WhatsApp +90 536 603 75 84. Include the name the booking is under, the tour date and your hotel; the reference from your confirmation e-mail makes it instant.
A human reply confirms the change, and it is worth keeping — a cancellation is only really done once someone has said so. Reading this before committing is the right order: the booking walkthrough is the next page, and you can hold a date free right now knowing the exit is this cheap.
