What the €50 Buys, Line by Line
Everyone aged 4 and up pays the same €50 from all 30 pickup areas between Tekirova and Gazipaşa; infants 0–3 travel free, and there is no child rate in between. Inside that figure: collection from your hotel and the ride back, the air-conditioned coach both ways, a licensed guide, travel insurance, and three meals — breakfast on the morning drive, lunch near Pamukkale, dinner on the way home.
Outside it: every official entrance ticket, the Cleopatra Antique Pool if you swim, museum entries, all drinks and anything personal. - What the excursion cover attached to your departure is, and how to have the details sent to you in writing.
- How to report anything that happens on the day — tell your guide on the spot, before you leave the site, not once you are back at the hotel.
- Whether anything in your group is worth flagging in advance: reduced mobility, a very young child, a condition that a long inland day affects.
Ask your own insurer or broker:
- Whether a full-day inland excursion and hours of coach travel each way sit inside your policy at all.
- Whether swimming in a thermal pool counts as a covered activity under your terms.
- How medical treatment abroad, repatriation and pre-existing conditions are handled.
- If your cover is annual multi-trip: whether Türkiye falls inside the geographical zone you actually bought. That is the most common gap of the four.
